For live notification issues, we've found some people have resolved this temporary issue by deleting and then reinstalling the NTS App.
Note: Make sure you have a My NTS account and are logged in on your device before you follow these steps, so that your saved hosts, shows, and tracks are all synced to your account.
iOS
Ensure NTS Radio has permissions to show notifications by going to your device system settings > Notifications > Select NTS Radio > Turn Allow Notifications setting on

Go to My NTS > Settings
Turn the Live Now notifications off and then on again
Android
Ensure NTS Radio has permissions to show notifications by going to your device system settings > Apps > All Apps > Select NTS Radio > Notifications > Turn Allow Notifications setting on

Go to My NTS > Account

Testing your notifications
To quickly assess if notifications are working:
In the NTS Radio app, go to the schedule from the home screen
On live channel 1 or 2, find a host who is going live soon
Favourite the host using the heart icon
When the host is live, you should receive a notification
