General Troubleshooting Tips

Here are some general troubleshooting tips you can try if you’re running into any issues with the NTS website or app.


iOS app

  1. Update your NTS app to the latest version

  2. Update your device iOS to the latest version

  3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the NTS app 


Note: Make sure you have a My NTS account and are logged in on your device before you follow these steps, so that your saved hosts, shows, and tracks are all synced to your account.


Creating a free My NTS account


Mac users: We do not recommend using the iPad app on your Mac as we don’t actively support it. If you wish to have an app-like experience, you can install a Progressive Web App (PWA) instead.

Downloading a PWA

Android app

  1. Update your NTS app to the latest version

  2. Update your device Android OS to the latest version

  3. Update your Chrome app to the latest version (we use Chrome technology to build our Android app)

  4. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the NTS app


Note: Make sure you have a My NTS account and are logged in on your device before you do this so that your saved hosts, shows, and tracks are all synced to your account.


Creating a free My NTS account


Web

  1. Check that you’re using one of our supported browsers and make sure it’s up to date

  2. Try disabling any browser extensions, VPNs, or restrictive cookie management settings as these can sometimes interfere with streaming
