Apps and other browsers

Here are some things you can try:

  1. Go through our General Troubleshooting Tips

  2. Make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection

  3. Your device may be running low on memory, causing things to slow down. Close other apps (or windows/tabs if you’re on the web) to free up memory.

  4. Restart your device to clear any temporary issues.
