As a home for music discovery, NTS is welcome to people of all backgrounds both on-air, in our studios and at our events.
There is no formal watershed on NTS and explicit language is allowed at any time of day, within reason. However, broadcasting hate speech or hateful ideologies is against our code of conduct, unless there is a particularly strong conceptual or educational context which is reviewed case by case.
