Archive Stream Stopping or Showing Error Message

Our Archive streams are not available offline, and as such need a stable internet connection for uninterrupted listening. If you are travelling and relying on a mobile data network, you may experience drops in the audio if your device loses connection.


If you switch from Mobile Data to WiFi, it might take a moment for the stream to reconnect. We're working on making this even quicker.


If there appears to be no issue with your network connection, then please check that your device and app have the latest updates by consulting our General Troubleshooting Tips.

There are a few reasons why you might be seeing this error message:


  • The show may no longer be available i.e. the host might have chosen to take it down

  • There might be a temporary issue with the upload. Sometimes technical glitches happen. We apologise for the inconvenience! Please check back at a later time.

  • Location restrictions could be preventing playback. In some cases, shows may not be available in certain regions due to copyright licensing.


Try refreshing the page. Sometimes a simple refresh can fix the problem.
