Logged In but Favourites and History are Missing

If your favourites and history seem to be missing, you can try a few different things depending on where you listen to NTS. 


Web

  • Check that you are using one of our supported browsers, and that it is up to date 

  • Refresh the My NTS page on your browser

  • Check whether you are using any VPNs or extensions (such as ad-blockers) that could be affecting the site


Mobile Apps

  • Check that your device OS is up to date

  • Check that you have the latest version of the NTS app installed for iOS or Android

  • Check whether you are using any VPNs or other apps that could be affecting the site


Recently logged in, or haven’t used My NTS


If you’ve recently logged in, or haven’t used My NTS in a while, there’s a chance you may have unintentionally created a new account, and will no longer be able to see your previous data.

If none of these options work, please submit a support request with the following info and we can help you out:


  • My NTS account email address

  • Any possible previous account email addresses

  • If you’re on web, head to What’s My Browser and send us the link 

  • If you’re using an app, let us know your device and app version
