Can't Find Account / Can't Log In

Don’t remember email address


If you are logged in on a different device, you can check your My NTS account settings for the email you used. 


Otherwise, go to the sign in page and enter any possible email addresses you own. If an account exists with that email address, you will be shown a prompt to ‘Enter Password’ rather than ‘Set Your Password’.


You can also check your email addresses to see whether you’ve ever received any newsletters or emails from NTS. 



Subscription


If you have, or have ever had a subscription, we can use this to help us find or link your My NTS account.  


Submit a support request with:

  • the email address used for your subscription if you paid with PayPal, or

  • the last 4 digits of your payment card

and we’ll be able to track down your subscription. We can then link your subscription to another My NTS account, or use it to find any previously linked accounts.    



Changed device

If you can access your old device, you can check the My NTS section of the app and go to account settings to see if you are still logged in. If so, you’ll be able to see your account email there. 


If you can access your old device but are logged out, create a new account on your old device with your preferred email address and submit a support request. We will use this to identify your device, and see if there have ever been any other accounts linked to it. 



Account is using wrong email address 


If you’ve discovered that your My NTS account email is incorrect, you can submit a support request with both your current account address and preferred address and we can sort you out.

If none of these options work, please submit a support request with the following info and we can help you out:


  • Preferred account email address

  • Any possible previous account email addresses
