I'm a Supporter but I can't see Perks

Firstly, please head to My NTS and check that the email you’re logged in using is correct, with no typos or errors. 


Then, please submit a support request with the email address you use for My NTS, and a recent receipt from your payment contribution. We can check on our end if the two accounts are linked and working.
