If you’re not receiving the reset email, please check all your Spam, Junk, and Deleted folders, and check you’ve typed your email address correctly.
If you still cannot see the email from us, submit a support request with the email address you believe to be associated with your NTS account. We can check to see if it is on our system, and if it is, send a manual Reset Password email to you.
