Show title or description is incorrect
If you see a show title or description is incorrect, either misspelt or otherwise, submit a support request with the details. We’ll update this as soon as possible. If the show is currently live or about to go live, especially if it’s out of office hours (10am-6pm GMT) feel free to post in Discord and someone may see it in a more timely manner.
If a tracklist is incorrect
If a tracklist is wrong or missing tracks, then submit a support request with the corrections.
We format our tracklists as Artist - Track, so if you want to resend a full tracklist, send it over in this format.
Our system picks up tracks and connects them to Artist Pages based on whether or not the track is connected to a Discogs page. If it’s not linking out to an Artist Page, check that this track is on Discogs, and submit a support request and we’ll try to figure out why this might be happening.
